In 2017, I co-produced aan unforgettable 5-day surprise bachelorette experience in Mexico for my close friend—a top Peloton instructor—with one major twist: she had no idea it was happening. What began as an idea became a multi-layered surprise involving 16 guests (including three other Peloton instructors), carefully crafted messaging, fake itineraries, and seamless coordination. The goal? A luxurious, intentional, heart centered, completely secret celebration that she’d never forget.
What unfolded was an intricately orchestrated celebration filled with love, laughter, and layered logistics.

The Approach
Created a believable faux “influencer trip” theme to keep the guest of honor in the dark.
Coordinated secret planning with her assistant, Peloton, Adidas, and her husband.
Crafted a visually-rich itinerary that blended beach vibes, luxury, and personal meaning.
Personalized packing prompts disguised as brand asks (think “you might want heels for one of the dinners”).
Designed a 4-night, 5-day schedule including welcome events, excursions, beach time, intimate dinners (including an all-white soirée), and curated gift bags.
Managed group dynamics and logistics onsite for a seamless guest experience.
